Sam Sezak
Sam Sezak is a growth-stage and lower market buyout investor with a primary focus on healthcare, manufacturing and business services. As an operator, private equity/venture capital partner and board director, Sam brings significant experience in strategic direction setting, team building, business development, sales & partnerships, origination, evaluation, and portfolio management of investment opportunities, as well as fundraising and investor relations.
Sam has led investments in, operated at, and served on the Board of Directors for companies such as Avizia (Acquired by Amwell, NYSE: AMWL), Verisma, STARC Systems, and Rarebreed. Leveraging his relationships and network, Sam helps companies build teams, grow sales, develop partnerships, and finance future growth. He is currently co-founder and Partner at North Haven Capital as well as co-founder and Chairman of Red Bear Angels, a nationwide network of Cornell Alumni that invests in companies led or founded by Cornellians.

Drew Bagin, CFA
Drew is a seasoned private equity investor, having completed multiple transactions for strategic and financial investors. Prior to North Haven Capital, Drew was a Partner at Aeterna Capital, and managed a portfolio of lower middle market investments. Drew's experience also includes executing and managing strategic acquisitions for ORIX Corp., a global financial services company (ticker: IX), deploying over $2.7 billion in capital across three transactions. Drew started his career in private equity at Lincolnshire Management, Inc., where he was responsible for analyzing/sourcing investment opportunities and providing operational support to the firm’s portfolio companies. Lincolnshire has approximately $2.0 billion in capital under management and has executed over 95 private equity investments across various industries. Drew worked at Neuberger Berman, advising high net worth clients in the Investment Management Division to begin his career.
Drew received his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and is a CFA charterholder. He is a co-founder and Partner at North Haven Capital and co-founder of Red Bear Angels, a nationwide network of Cornell Alumni that invests in companies led or founded by Cornellians.
